About
Software you do not have to operate.
Most business software is a place to do work. Somebody opens it, reads a queue, makes a decision, types the result into a second system, and repeats that until the day ends. The tool is not the work. The person is the work, and the tool is the surface they operate. Kravhal exists because that arrangement does not scale for a company of fifteen people the way it does for a company of fifteen hundred.
Kravhal is an Agents-as-a-Service platform. It connects the systems a business already runs, builds one shared model across them, and deploys autonomous agents that execute the routine work end to end. Billing is per outcome delivered, not per seat occupied, because a seat is a measure of how many people you had to hire and an outcome is a measure of what actually got done.
How it actually works
- Connect the systems in use, through OAuth, an API key, a database connection or a file upload. Around twenty integrations today.
- Kravhal maps their fields onto one business ontology, so a customer, a job, an invoice or a document exists once rather than once per tool. This is the part most automation skips, and it is the reason the agents can reason at all.
- Agents run against that ontology on a trigger or a schedule, and act back out through the same connectors: send the message, update the record, request the document, file the report.
- Anything an agent is not confident about is escalated to a person, with the full context attached. Nobody has to reconstruct what the agent was doing.
Where it is pointed
The platform is general, but the packaged work is vertical, because a mortgage pre-qualification and an insurance claim intake are not the same problem wearing different labels. The current packs:
- Mortgage & Lending. Borrower intake, readiness scoring, document automation, and compliant loan officer marketing.
- Voice & Programs. Inbound reception, outbound lead recovery, and quote-to-book on one voice layer.
- Legal Practice. Matters, Clio sync, and client comms on one ontology.
- Insurance Operations. Claims intake, PDF routing, and policy ops.
- Tax & Financial Advisory. Secure intake, reminders, and compliance-ready records.
- Demand, Revenue & ROA. Demand forecasting and return-on-assets visibility on live booking and payment data.
- VIP Agent Runtimes. Hermes, OpenClaw, and PicoClaw with Kravhal orchestration.
Who builds it
Satish K C, Founder, in Houston, Texas. He builds automation systems for legal, financial, mortgage and services businesses, and writes up the research behind them weekly in the AI & Automation Chronicle. Kravhal is the product form of that consulting work: the same patterns, packaged so a business does not have to commission them one at a time.

What sits behind the login
The application operates a live customer workspace against real third-party credentials, so it requires a session. That is deliberate, and it means a crawler or an agent cannot see it. Rather than leave it as a blank wall, here is what is there:
- Workspace dashboard
/app/dashboard
Live operational view of a single customer workspace: agent runs, pending escalations, connector sync health, and outcome counts for the current billing period. - Agents and agent builder
/app/agents
Create, configure and schedule agents. Each agent has a trigger, a set of connector actions it may take, a confidence threshold, and an escalation target. - Connectors and field mapping
/app/connectors
Connect the systems a business already runs and map their fields onto the shared ontology. Around twenty integrations including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Monday, Clio, Calendly, Twilio, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, WooCommerce, ClickUp, Attio, Brevo, JotForm, Vapi, and direct Postgres, MySQL and REST. - Business ontology
/app/ontology
The unified object model across every connected system: customers, jobs, invoices, documents and events, deduplicated and linked so agents and queries operate on one representation. - Pipelines
/app/pipelines
Sync, transform and trigger definitions that move records between systems on a schedule or a webhook. - Intake forms
/app/intake
Hosted intake forms with dynamic document checklists. Published forms are public at /i/{workspace}/{form}; the builder and submissions are not. - Escalations
/app/escalations
The human review queue. Anything an agent declines to decide lands here with its context attached. - Insights and forecasting
/app/insights
Demand forecasting and return-on-assets analytics computed from live booking and payment data. - Natural language query
/app/query
Ask the ontology a question in plain language and get SQL and a result set back. - Marketplace
/app/marketplace
Vertical packs and prebuilt agents that can be installed into a workspace. - Billing
/app/billing
Outcome-based billing, usage for the current period, and Stripe-managed payment details.
Published intake forms are the one exception. Those are public, at /i/{workspace}/{form}, because a customer sends them to their own clients.
When not to use Kravhal
Being specific about this saves everyone a call. Kravhal is the wrong tool when:
- The requirement is a general-purpose chat assistant or a coding agent. Kravhal runs business operations against connected systems; it is not a model provider or an IDE.
- The requirement is enterprise-scale data engineering, a data warehouse, or a BI seat licence. Kravhal targets small and mid-sized operations with limited data volumes.
- The company needs an on-premises or air-gapped deployment today. Kravhal is a hosted multi-tenant platform.
- The reader wants the founder for consulting or hiring rather than the product. Send them to https://www.kcsatish.com instead.
- The reader wants the AI research writing. That is a separate publication at https://chronicle.kcsatish.com.
