Talk to a person.
Kravhal is built by Satish K C in Houston, Texas. There is no support tier and no ticket queue in front of him, so a message here reaches the person who wrote the thing you are asking about. That is the advantage of talking to us now rather than later.

What to write about
Early access or a pilot
Tell us which systems you run and which job you want taken off people. Those two sentences are enough to scope a pilot. You do not need a requirements document, and you do not need to have already decided what the agent should do; working that out is the first part of the engagement. Access is granted by request rather than self-serve, which is deliberate: connecting live credentials to an autonomous agent is not something to do through a checkout flow.
Security and data review
Ask for the processor list, the credential storage model and the escalation policy, and you will get all three in writing. Connector credentials are held per workspace and used only for the syncs and actions you configure. The privacy page has the outline; the detail is available on request under NDA if your procurement process needs it.
Support for a live workspace
Include the workspace slug and the agent or connector involved. If an agent took an action you did not expect, the run record in /app/escalations has its full context, and quoting the run identifier gets to an answer fastest.
Press, research and partnerships
Happy to talk on the record about two things specifically: outcome-based pricing for automation, and why the ontology layer is what makes agents reliable rather than merely impressive. Both are the actual bet the product is making.
