## Permitted use

By using Kravhal you agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes, and to comply with the terms of every third-party service you connect to it. A connector inherits the obligations of the system it connects to; Kravhal does not override them.

## Responsibility for agent actions

Agents and automations act on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing escalations, outbound messages, and the billing limits set on your workspace. An agent that sends a message sends it as you, and the escalation queue exists so that anything the agent declines to decide reaches a person rather than going out unreviewed.

## Early access

The service is provided as-is during early access. Features, pricing and limits may change, with notice given on this site or through in-product banners. Outcome-based pricing means a workspace is billed for outcomes delivered; the definition of a billable outcome for your configuration is agreed before a pilot starts.
