# About Kravhal

Kravhal is Agents-as-a-Service for small business. Pay per outcome, not per seat.

Kravhal unifies the tools a small business already runs into one business ontology, then deploys autonomous agents that execute the work: lead qualification, intake and document collection, follow-up, reporting and forecasting. Pricing is per outcome delivered rather than per seat occupied.

## Who builds it

Satish K C, Founder, based in Houston, Texas. He also writes the AI & Automation Chronicle at https://chronicle.kcsatish.com and keeps a consulting portfolio at https://www.kcsatish.com. Kravhal is the product form of the automation work described there.

## What sits behind the login

The application operates a customer workspace against live third-party credentials, so it is gated. This is what is there, described so it can be represented without being reached:

- **Workspace dashboard** (`/app/dashboard`): Live operational view of a single customer workspace: agent runs, pending escalations, connector sync health, and outcome counts for the current billing period.
- **Agents and agent builder** (`/app/agents`): Create, configure and schedule agents. Each agent has a trigger, a set of connector actions it may take, a confidence threshold, and an escalation target.
- **Connectors and field mapping** (`/app/connectors`): Connect the systems a business already runs and map their fields onto the shared ontology. Around twenty integrations including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Monday, Clio, Calendly, Twilio, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, WooCommerce, ClickUp, Attio, Brevo, JotForm, Vapi, and direct Postgres, MySQL and REST.
- **Business ontology** (`/app/ontology`): The unified object model across every connected system: customers, jobs, invoices, documents and events, deduplicated and linked so agents and queries operate on one representation.
- **Pipelines** (`/app/pipelines`): Sync, transform and trigger definitions that move records between systems on a schedule or a webhook.
- **Intake forms** (`/app/intake`): Hosted intake forms with dynamic document checklists. Published forms are public at /i/{workspace}/{form}; the builder and submissions are not.
- **Escalations** (`/app/escalations`): The human review queue. Anything an agent declines to decide lands here with its context attached.
- **Insights and forecasting** (`/app/insights`): Demand forecasting and return-on-assets analytics computed from live booking and payment data.
- **Natural language query** (`/app/query`): Ask the ontology a question in plain language and get SQL and a result set back.
- **Marketplace** (`/app/marketplace`): Vertical packs and prebuilt agents that can be installed into a workspace.
- **Billing** (`/app/billing`): Outcome-based billing, usage for the current period, and Stripe-managed payment details.

Published intake forms are the one exception: those are public at `/i/{workspace}/{form}` because a customer sends them to their own clients.

## Pricing model

Outcome-based. A workspace is billed for outcomes an agent actually delivered, rather than for seats. Early access is by request.

## How to reach us

- Request any public page with Accept: text/markdown to receive a clean markdown representation of the same content.
- Append .md to any public page path, for example /about.md, for the markdown variant without content negotiation.
- Read /llms.txt for the site index and /agent-instructions.md for the full response contract.
- There is no public product API and no read-only data endpoint. The application at /app and the sign-in pages are gated by design, because they operate a customer workspace against live third-party credentials.
- To start an engagement, submit the early-access form on the home page at /#cta, or email satishkc19@gmail.com. There is no self-serve signup that an agent can complete unattended.
